Pan Atlantis Towers

The Pan Atlantis Tower was initiated and will be developed by Periwinkle Residences in collaboration with Elias-Saad. The project will be located in the Northern Boulevard District of Eko Boulevard in Eko Atlantic City. It is an ultra-luxury 15-floor residential development consisting of 40 units of 3-bed condominiums and 2 units of 5-bed penthouses.

The development which will be located on a land area of 2,400 sqm will have state-of-the-art facilities like 24-hour electricity, 3 levels of parking space, a recreational space on the fourth floor, 3 suspended podia, and an elevated swimming pool. 

The development is expected to be completed by the last quarter of 2029. Once completed, it will join other developments in the area including Amni Towers, Tickle Tower and Eko Pearl (Black Tower).

The developer, Periwinkle Residences, has also been involved in other luxury developments such as: Periwinkle Lifestyle Estate, Oxygen Apartments, and Château D’Avenue.
