Villagio Vista

Villagio Vista is a multi-residential development located in Airport Residential Area, Accra, Ghana. The location makes it situated in the same vicinity as the Kotoka International Airport, Accra as well as other residential developments including: Mirage Residences by Yagmur Group, Casa Bella Residency by Rainbow Premier Homes Real Estates Limited, and Polo Heights

It was developed by Trasacco Development Estates Ltd. who were also the Main Contractor of the project.

This development is a collection of 4 blocks of buildings which were constructed in phases and finally completed in Q4:2016. The developments have different heights ranging from 8 floors to 27 floors. The tallest of the buildings and most recent is Villaggio Primavera, which is also the tallest building in Accra accounting for 27 floors.

The whole development features 146 units of residential apartments and a small commercial complex.
