Zirconia Heights is a 10-floor mixed-use development by Gapstone Developers and will be located at Block 5, Plot 6, Bisola Durosinmi Etti Boulevard, in Lekki Phase I. Lekki Phase I is a mixed-use neighbourhood in Eti-Osa Local Government Area in Lagos State with light commercial, residential and retail activity.
