Stanbic IBTC has completed the construction of their Nigeria head office dubbed The Windsor. Notably, the building is an extension of the firm’s current headquarters which is next to the new project, in order to provide a central point for its operations. Here is an inside look at their new HQ:

• It is a grade A building located on a 5,254 m2 piece of land in Lagos’ Victoria Island, between 6F Walter Carrington Crescent and 7A Ozumba Mbadiwe Avenue.
• It was constructed by ITB Nigeria as the main contractor, SVA International and James Cubbit as the Architects, and Profica as the project manager.
• The building spans over a 12-floor height, with a gross leasable area of 12,208 m2.
• Moreover, it features a parkade spanning on 3 floors of the building, which will serve both the current and new office.

The completion of the grade A development boosts the grade A office stock in Victoria Island, further cementing Victoria Island and Ikoyi as the go-to locations for office buildings in Nigeria. It therefore joins Centre Point, and Meristem Securities Head Office Building among other projects, as recent office completions in Lagos State.
