Windsor Development (Stanbic IBTC HQ)

Windsor Development (Stanbic IBTC HQ) is an office development nearing completion, developed by Stanbic IBTC Pension Managers, and located at Ozumba Mbadiwe, Victoria Island. This area is one of the high-income neighborhoods in Lagos State, Nigeria, having several prime offices including Ecobank Pan African Centre(The Waves) by Ecobank, Madina Tower by Madina Development Limited, Dover Office Tower (Court) by Dover Engineering, Churchgate Tower 1 by Churchgate, and Rose of Sharon Towers by Dayspring Property Development Company, among many others.

This  11 floor development will serve as the bank's headquarters, and have a gross leasable area of 12,208 sqm. The development is estimated to be completed in the last quarter of 2023 and will have interesting facilities like; 352 parking bays.

The project team members include James Cubbitt as the Architect,  ITB Nigeria as the Main Contractor, and Profica as the Project Manager.
