Ecobank Pan African Centre (The Waves)

Ecobank Pan African Centre also known as The Waves is a Grade A commercial project being built by Ecobank and located on the Ozumba Mbadiwe Avenue waterfront in Victoria Island, Lagos. Victoria Island is a prime location for several high grade commercial development of which some include: 

The 12-floor development which is nearing completion has a Gross Leasable Area of 11,000sqm and floor plate size of 999sqm. This four in one building is designed to give an S-shape on the façade. The first 3 floors are reserved for extensive parking, while the third to tenth floors are open office spaces with future partitions to be designed to meet the end users.

The main Contractor, ITB Contractors is a notable firm who has developed other Grade A buildings like: Heritage Place, Kingsway Towers, Alpha One Tower, Azuri Towers, Stanbic IBTC Headquarters, Eko Tower amongst many others.
