This 6 floor development located on Harvey Road in Yaba is being developed by the West African College of Surgeons to act as their new permanent secretariat. The West African College of Surgeons, whose objectives include promoting, organising and conducting postgraduate education and training in surgery within West Africa, are currently located in another property on Taylor Drive, Yaba.

When the College began to outgrow their office in 2012, they acquired the site for this development. A pre-qualification process to select the building contractor began in 2014 and construction started shortly afterwards during 2015.

Initial plans for the property included a historical museum & bookshop on the ground floor, a Conference hall with a 250 man hall on the 1st floor, office spaces on the 2nd – 4th floors, library and computer room on the 5th floor and a committee room on the 6th and topmost floor.

Based on the current pace of construction, the development may be completed during Q4:2017.
