Tetra Pak West Africa, a leading global food processing and packaging solutions company, has established its new regional headquarters at The Phoenix, Mobolaji Bank Anthony Way, Ikeja, Lagos, moving from its previous location on CIPM Avenue, Alausa, Ikeja. The move reinforces the ongoing trend of corporate relocations driving market activity across both Lagos Island and the Mainland.

About the Phoenix
The Phoenix (formerly Victoria Tower) is a c. 14,000 sqm office development located on Mobolaji Bank Anthony Way, Ikeja, Lagos. Initially an uncompleted structure, the 10-floor office development was recently completed and renovated by Simpatico Limited in Q1:2025. The main contractor is Dori Construction and Engineering, the main contractor of the Massey Children’s Hospital, Lagos Island.
