The move reinforces the ongoing trend of corporate relocations driving market activity across both Lagos Island and the Mainland.

The Phoenix (formerly Victoria Tower) is a c. 14,000 sqm office development located on Mobolaji Bank Anthony Way, Ikeja, Lagos. Initially an uncompleted structure, the 10-floor office development was recently completed and renovated by Simpatico Limited in Q1:2025. The main contractor is  Dori Construction and Engineering, the main contractor of the Massey Children’s Hospital, Lagos Island.
