The Eko Pearl Towers project is Eko Atlantic’s flagship residential development located in the heart of the new city. It will consist of 5 towers, each with its own identity and colour highlighting the slight difference in their design and outer structure.

The names of the 5 towers are:

• Aqua Pearl Tower
• Champagne Pearl Tower
• Black Pearl Tower
• White Pearl Tower
• Indigo Pearl Tower

The towers sit in a ±23,000m² self contained area on the island with secure parking and a garden terrace. The development will also include a swimming pool, tennis and squash courts, children’s playground, landscaped paths, sitting areas and an open air bar.

The developers are assuring that residents will enjoy first class infrastructure facilities within the development and throughout the city, along with uninterrupted power and fully functional water and security services. Residents will also enjoy panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean.

Construction for the first tower the Black Pearl was completed and second is still currently ongoing.
