Over the past 12 months, properties in the residential space have grown to account for over 90% of the Ongoing Projects we are tracking at Estate Intel. In the previous year, they accounted for c. 56%, and this change is being driven by a growing number of residential development starts and an even higher number of projects that are at the conceptual or design stage.
