Following the resignation of Larry Ettah from the Board of UACN Property Development Company (UPDC) and the retirement of Hakeem Ogunniran as Chief Executive, the company has announced the appointment of three new Directors to its Board. Effective 6th August 2018:
- Babatunde Kasali became the Chairman of the Board of Directors.
- Folasope Aiyesimoju, former KKR principal, resumed as the Chief Executive Officer.
- Awuneba Ajumogobia as a Non-Executive Director.
- Adeniun Taiwo, former Chief Financial Officer and Acting CEO will now take the position of Chief Operating Officer.
