The Circle Mall and Business Centre is a mixed use complex located at the Jakande Roundabout on the Lekki-Epe Express Way in Lagos. The 10,800m² convenience centre opened in December 2015 with tenants including Shoprite, Sumptuous Meals, Nuts About Cakes, Ying Yang Express, Ice Cream Factory, Ruff ‘n Tumble, Health Plus, Casa Bella, GNC and many more including Rhapsody’s who are expected to conclude their fit out over the next few months. Broll Nigeria and Ibukun Efantayo & Co leased the retail space.

The Circle Business Centre will be completely ready in Q1:2016 and it provides 3,700m² of ‘Grade A’ office space. It is currently being leased by Estate Links.
