Earlier this month we visited 47 Glover (Waltersmith Tower), a 7-floor office development located on Glover Road in Ikoyi, Lagos. Once completed later this year, it will offer 3,650sqm of office space with floor plates just under 600sqm.

The property is being developed by Danraz Nigeria and Waltersmith Petroman Limited will be occupying up to 3 floors. Waltersmith Petroman Limited is an oil exploration and production company that has its head office on Keffi Street in Ikoyi.

The development was completed through a design and build contract with El-alan Construction, where Bravura acted as the consulting architect and Profica as the project manager.
