Sapphire Tower in Blue Water Development Topped Out

African Capital Alliance and El-alan Contrstuction today celebrated the topping out of the 17-floor Sapphire Tower, a key part of Phase 1 in the Blue Water residential development. Piling works started in Summer 2017 and above-ground construction commenced in November 2017.

As discussed in our visit last week, Blue Water is located in the Okunde Bluewater Zone of Lekki Phase 1. The Sapphire Tower consists of 124 apartments with a mixture of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units as well as four penthouses on the topmost floor.

African Capital Alliance and El-alan Construction expect completion before year end.
