Iconic Towers

Iconic Towers is a joint venture multi-residential development by the Lagos State Property Development Company (LSDPC) and Cruxstone Development & Investment Limited. The project is located on Sinari Daranijo Street, Victoria Island. Victoria Island is well known for deluxe to luxury property typologies by notable developers. Some other developments in the neighborhood include the FIRS Office Building by Federal Inland Revenue Services, Eko Court by LSDPC, Nestoil Tower by Nestoil, Eko Hotels & Suites by Chagoury Group, Kafsa by MISA Limited, amongst many others.

The development completed in December 2024 will have 182 units of 1-bed, 2-bed, 3-bed apartments and penthouses in 7 different towers.

The main contractor of this project is Business Contracting Limited who have been involved in other projects including: Skyvilla, Duchess Hospital, The Overlook Condominiums, amongst others. The architect of the project is Play In Architecture Limited who also took part in the development of Address Homes, Banana Island. Its lift contractor is Otis Elevators who were also involved in providing elevators for 47 Marina (ED Building).

This development already has the staff members from the Sheikah Trust of the Shell Petroleum Development Company as its major primary offtakers.
