Ulesh, Ikoyi is an ongoing mixed-use development located at 47A Glover Road, Ikoyi. This is one of the prime areas in Lagos having several luxury residential buildings, and high grade commercial buildings. 

Some of the developments in this area include Famfa Oil Tower by Dayspring Property Development Company,  BAT Rising Sun by British American Tobacco, Meristem Securities Office Building by Meristem, Alliance Place by African Capital Alliance, Foreshore Towers, and  The Rubicon by James Cubbitt Developments amongst many others. 

The 15-floor development would have 6 floors as parking space, 7 floors as commercial space, and 2 floors as residential space. 

The development once completed would have a gross built area of 21,335sqm and offer a gross lettable area of 19,130sqm with the commercial floors having a total of 15,525sqm and the residential floors occupying 3,605sqm. 

The building which commenced in the first quarter of 2021 is expected to be completed in the last quarter of 2026 and once completed will have a LEEDS and EDGE certification.

MISA Limited is the developer, main contractor, and agent of the project. They are also the developers of other projects including Admiralty Waterfront Apartments, The Webb, and Talis Apartments amongst others.
