According to Estate Intel’s tracking data, Westlands has an estimated total stock of 66,705 residential units, with luxury developments accounting for 40.6% of this supply by grade.

• Luminara Apartments

Luminara Apartments is a conceptual luxury residential project unveiled in October 2025 by Everwood Properties Limited. The 24-floor tower is strategically located on Mogotio Road, Westlands, and comprises 290 luxury apartments featuring 1 and 2-bedroom units. It is estimated to be completed in 2028.
