Ajah is a neighborhood located within the Lekki area of Lagos state spanning from Victoria Garden City and extending to Badore. Ajah is notable for being one of the fastest-growing areas within the state and a popular choice for young middle to upper-class families with children. As a result of its burgeoning population, it is popular for residential and retail properties. 

Located on Lagos Island, Ajah is in close proximity to the Lagos coastline and provides a great view of high-rise developments within the area. It’s also largely made up of residential estates including Meridian Court, Peak Apartments, and Marita’s Court. Other estates such as Urban Prime 2 and Meadow Park are currently under construction.
